Sanders talks to Young Female Coders in Lagos,Nigeria

Teams of young high school female coders gather at Lagos, Nigeria's Venture Garden Group (VGG) ICT company's new offices to participate in a coding competition in an effort to encourage girls to see coding as a future area of entrepreneurship. Sanders also sits on the board of VGG.

Dr. Sanders, an Information Systems and Communications major herself, had an opportunity to talk to the budding ICTers about how important their participation is in the field and encouraging them to see the profession as an sector for their future  livelihood.
