Sanders Attends Oprah's opening of her Exhibit at National Museum African American History Culture

As a member of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) 2015 Society donors as part of her philanthropic support to the arts, Sanders was invited to attend the members' only event and reception to hear the extraordinary and incredible Oprah Winfrey talk about the opening of the exhibit honoring her life's work and contribution to American Society, American Culture, American women, and
more importantly African-American women as well as men.

She talked about how emotional the exhibit was for her and how we all can contribute to the greater good in our own way, including remembering that we are (and represent or have with us always) "stand as one of 10 thousand," and are never alone when seeking to do something to help the greater good.
